Green Canyon Boat Tour: A Hidden Lake in the Mountains
Green Canyon is the local name for the reservoir behind Oymapınar Dam, located approximately 80 km west of Alanya in the Manavgat district. The dam was built on the Manavgat River by the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ). The reservoir is the fourth-largest dam lake in Turkey. The water is a deep emerald green, surrounded by pine-covered mountains.

Tours depart from the dam boat dock. The route passes through narrow canyon arms with sheer cliff faces. Water clarity reaches 10+ metres. Two swimming stops are included — the water is fed by mountain springs and remains cool year-round.
